St Edmunds is a residential/ commercial development with planning for 562 houses and apartments, retail units, leisure centre, medical centre and crèche along with basement car parks. The estate is excellently located close to Liffey Valley and adjacent to the M50 / M4 roads network.

Corcom is the Asset Manager for the entire development which involves overseeing the management of rented residential properties along with implementing strategies for asset value enhancement primarily through planning and development.

Along with the successful development of Ashley Hall, Corcom has significantly increased the asset revenue by securing planning for the development of 102 new 3 and 4 bedroom houses to North West of the site.

Working with the stakeholders, Corcom is now assessing a new phase within this asset, focusing on identifying the optimum design and securing planning for the development that will complement the estate and produce the maximum return on the asset.
