Corcom secured planning and funding for the development of 54 new high-quality apartments and penthouses along with basement car parking on the 1-acre site. The development commenced in August 2015 and is due for completion in September 2016 considerably ahead of programme and within the original budget.

The homes will be finished to an exceptionally high-quality specification, including under floor heating and panoramic south facing views of the Dublin Mountains. Corcom further enhanced the building during construction by securing planning for additional, larger penthouses which added considerable further value.

The Emerald building will be incorporated into The Grange development, further enhancing the overall estate and successfully completing Phase 2 of the development.
