Block 3 is located to the north west of Block 9 and also comprises residential and commercial elements. Corcom is currently overseeing the design and first planning application for the residential development on the new urban quarter, North Docklands.

The new development will incorporate approximately 360 new apartments, retail, residential amenity and basement car parking complimented by a new public realm and extensive landscaping.

Block 3 will also incorporate modern office buildings set over a basement car park which will be the headquarters for high profile tenants. The site benefits from its exceptional location close to the Luas Stop, 3 Arena and surrounding services, amenities and employment. The revitalisation of North Docks Quarter is an exciting new era for the area which will deliver new residential and commercial buildings of distinct quality that will rejuvenate this area of the city.
