Carrickmines Manor is located West of Exit 15 on the M50 Motorway, approximately 13 km South West of Dublin City Centre, and is widely regarded as one of the most sought after locations in South Dublin. The primarily residential development currently consists of completed apartments and houses along with a development site of incomplete/ derelict houses and undeveloped sites to the rear of the development.
Corcom were engaged to assess the development site based on the stakeholders’ objectives of enhancing the value of the asset and increasing the realisation/ development options. By assessing various design options analysed through cost plans, appraisals and planning considerations Corcom produced a strategy document for a new design on the site, tailored to market demand to produce the maximum return on the asset.
Corcom implemented this strategy and secured planning for a new development of 75 three and four bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses which will commence development in October 2016. Corcom, acting as Development Representatives, will oversee the entire development including the sale of each unit providing the final maximum return to the stakeholders.
